Dialysis Go (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We help people on dialysis arrange in-center or supported treatment near a travel destination. We are a booking and coordination service, not a medical provider and not a travel agent.

When you send us a booking request, we approach dialysis units, check availability for your dates, pass your medical information to the unit with your consent, and give you a written confirmation. The treatment itself is provided by the licensed unit. Your clinical care remains with your own nephrologist. We do not give medical advice.

We tell you the cost the unit has quoted, and our own fee if any, before anything is confirmed. If we cannot find a suitable option for your dates we will tell you.

Pages such as travel insurance, flights, hotels and car rental contain affiliate links to third-party providers. If you book with a provider after following one of our links, that provider may pay us a commission. It does not change the price you pay.

You book and pay on the provider’s own website. Your contract for that flight, room, vehicle or policy is between you and the provider, under their terms and conditions. We are not a party to it.

We do not control third-party providers and we are not responsible for their services, prices, availability, acts or omissions. Cancellations, schedule changes, refunds, overbooking, service quality and disputes about a flight, hotel, car or insurance policy are matters for that provider under their policy. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking you made on another company’s site.

Any provider descriptions on this site are our general summary and may be out of date. Always check the provider’s current terms, price and cancellation policy before you book.

Guides and checklists on this site are general information for people travelling on dialysis. They are not medical, financial or insurance advice and do not replace guidance from your kidney team, an insurer or a qualified adviser. Travel insurance for pre-existing conditions is complex — read the policy wording and confirm cover with the insurer before you travel.

You are responsible for giving us accurate medical and travel information, for having your own nephrologist sign off your travel plans, for arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance, and for checking passport, visa and entry-health requirements for your destination.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party travel or insurance bookings, from a provider changing or cancelling a service, or from information on this site used without professional advice. Our total liability for our own dialysis coordination service is limited to the fees you have paid us for that booking.

We may update these terms and the content of this site at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
