What we collect. The contact and travel details you send us, and the medical information needed to arrange your dialysis (dialysis type, prescription, access, virology status and related notes). We also collect basic technical and usage data when you visit this site, as described below.

How we use it. The details you send us are used only to find and confirm a dialysis booking for you. We share the minimum necessary with the specific clinic treating you, and only with your consent.

Who we share it with. The dialysis center you are booked into, and service providers that help us operate this site (for example email and hosting). We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it working and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less well.

Affiliate links. Some pages link to travel and insurance providers through affiliate programs. When you click one of those links, the provider or its affiliate network may set a cookie or add a tracking parameter to the web address so a resulting booking is credited to us. That activity then takes place on the provider's own website and is governed by the provider's privacy policy, not ours. We receive commission reports that tell us a booking happened, not your booking details. See our affiliate disclosure.

Retention. We keep booking records for as long as needed to support your trip and to meet legal and insurance requirements, then delete them.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us to make a request.
