Affiliate disclosure

The short version. Some links on this site — for flights, hotels, car rental and travel insurance — are affiliate links. If you click one and then book with that provider, the provider pays Dialysis Go a small commission. You pay the same price you would have paid going there directly.

You book with the provider, not with us. When you follow an affiliate link you leave this site and book on the provider's own website. Your booking contract is with that provider (for example Booking.com, Expedia or an insurer), under their terms and conditions. Dialysis Go is not a travel agent, is not a party to that booking, and does not take payment for flights, hotels, cars or insurance.

Cancellations, changes and refunds. Anything that goes wrong with a flight, hotel, car or insurance policy — a cancellation, a schedule change, a refund, a dispute about quality — is handled by that provider under their policy. Dialysis Go cannot change, cancel or refund a booking you made on another company's site and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

How we choose what to list. We list providers we consider useful for people travelling on dialysis. Earning a commission does not change our recommendations, the order we list providers in, or what we say about them. Where we have no affiliate arrangement with a provider we think is worth knowing about, we still mention it.

Not advice. Nothing on these pages is financial, insurance or medical advice. Travel insurance in particular is complex when you have a pre-existing condition — read the policy wording and speak to the insurer and your kidney team before you rely on any cover.
